Mayukh started by working across creative strategy, copywriting (and occasional art direction), and execution. However, his real strength lies in his ability to connect the dots. He has a knack for remembering details, taking nuggets of information, and turning them into something culturally exciting and strategically sound, as if they were meant for each other.

He moved to the brand side very early in his career, which helped him understand different aspects of the business and how to collaborate on the same ideas with external agencies and knowing when to in-house and when not to.

This experience proved valuable when he returned to agencies, and since then, he has navigated both sides of the coin.
More recently, he worked with leading venture capitalists and learned how ideas are transformed into actual business, bringing a brand marketer’s perspective rather than that of a typical creative.

It also helps that he grew up hearing stories about the business of ideas at home.
